1. The Service
LifeGood Pay ("we", "us") provides an automated relay that receives payment-notification SMS data forwarded by a companion Android application from your own device, and forwards verified transaction data to a webhook URL you specify. We do not process, hold, or transfer funds at any point.
2. Your Responsibilities
You are responsible for the accuracy of the phone number(s) and accounts connected to the Service, for keeping your API secret key confidential, and for ensuring your use of personal bKash/Nagad/Rocket accounts complies with the respective provider's own terms of service. You are solely responsible for verifying that transactions delivered by the Service are genuine before acting on them (e.g., shipping goods).
3. No Guarantee of Delivery
While we make reasonable efforts (including automatic retries) to deliver every verified transaction to your webhook, we do not guarantee zero downtime or zero data loss, including cases where your phone loses signal, your device's SMS permissions are revoked, or an SMS is blocked by your telecom provider before reaching your device.
4. Fees & Wallet
The Service operates on a prepaid wallet basis. Fees are deducted per verified transaction as described on our Pricing page. We reserve the right to change fees with notice posted on this site.
5. Suspension
We may suspend accounts found to be using the Service for fraudulent, illegal, or abusive purposes, or in violation of these terms.
6. Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from delayed, failed, or duplicate delivery of transaction data.
7. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
